Your signup, in plain language.
Room Rehearsal is an early-stage project. This page explains how we use information collected for our private beta.
What we collect
Your email address and signup date; any room or project details you choose to share; and whether you volunteer for user testing. If you arrive through a tagged campaign link, we also save its source, medium and campaign labels with your signup to understand which messages bring people here.
How we use it
We use your email for private beta invitations and updates. If you opt in to user testing, we may contact you about a session. Sharing project details and volunteering for testing are optional. We do not sell your signup information or publish it on this site.
Storage and security
Signups are stored in our hosted database and are accessible to the project owner. The site uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. The hosting provider may process technical request data to operate the site. For abuse prevention, this site stores a hashed network identifier and request count for each hourly window; expired entries are deleted during subsequent signup requests. When email notifications are enabled, Resend delivers a signup alert containing your email address, signup date and any campaign labels to the project owner’s private inbox. We have not added advertising or analytics trackers.
Remove your signup
After joining, you can save a private removal link. Anyone with that link can remove your signup, so keep it private. Removing your signup deletes your email, project details, preferences and any pending notification from our active signup database. It does not recall alerts already delivered to the owner’s inbox. If you later receive an invitation, you can reply to request removal from the list and deletion of those copies.
We keep beta signups while running this interest test and inviting participants. If we stop the project, we will delete the list.
